Nokia G42 5G and Nokia G310 5G Smartphones with Bluetooth 5.1 Connectivity Set to Debut in the Market

 


Nokia G42 5G and Nokia G310 5G: Renowned smartphone manufacturer Nokia is currently in the process of developing two upcoming smartphones, namely the Nokia G42 and Nokia G310 5G. The Nokia G42 has recently made an appearance on the renowned Geekbench benchmarking site, and it has now been listed on the official database of Bluetooth SIG authority. In addition to this, another Nokia device bearing the name Nokia G310 5G has also been granted Bluetooth certification.

Bluetooth SIG certification

The Bluetooth SIG certification confirms that Nokia is preparing to release two new phones with model numbers TA-1573 and TA-1591/TA-1581. These phones will be named Nokia G310 5G and Nokia G42 5G. The Bluetooth listings also provide some important information about the phones' features.

According to the listing, both phones will have a 6.5-inch LCD display with a V-shaped notch. The screen will support HD+ resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels, have an aspect ratio of 20:9, a refresh rate of 90Hz, and a brightness of up to 560 nits. Additionally, the screen will be protected by Gorilla Glass 3.

Snapdragon 480 Plus 5G chipset

Both smartphones will have a Snapdragon 480 Plus 5G chipset, which provides fast connectivity. They will also come with the latest Android 13 operating system already installed.

Nokia G42 5G appeared on Geekbench

Nokia G42 5G appeared on Geekbench, showing it has 4 GB RAM. There are reports suggesting that it may also be available with 6 GB RAM and up to 128 GB storage. However, there is no information yet about the camera or battery specifications for these Nokia phones.
